Prenatal Yoga Khalsa Way - Bringing Our Worries Back to Love

You wouldn’t worry if you didn’t care. Let’s bring our worries and concerns as mothers and women back into that baseline of love. Remembering that it’s our love for our children and love for each other that causes us to care and be concerned. 40 Minute Khalsa Way flow with strength building exercises for labor and motherhood as well as a meditation to balance the negative mind.

Prenatal Yoga Khalsa Way - Healing is a Journey not a Destination

As women and mothers we sometimes feel we are the glue of the family. If we fall apart, so falls everyone else. We put this immense pressure on ourselves to be “strong” but true strength comes through vulnerability. Utilize this practice to aid your journey along the path of healing, recognizing it’s okay to fall apart, and it’s okay to use our yoga and meditation practice to help put the pieces back together again. Letting this journey of healing continue to unfold through pregnancy and motherhood, and allowing that to trickle down to our children so they too can feel safe to get into their feelings and use that emotional depth to heal their hearts as well as ours. Practice includes exercises and postures to promote strength and mobility for labor, as well as a meditation to surround ourselves in healing vibrations.

Prenatal Yoga Khalsa Way - Creating More Space

To bring a child into this world we have to make space. We have to make space in our bodies as women to allow them to pass through. We have to make space in our lives to adapt to changes that will result. We have to make space in our homes to welcome this new little one in. Join Chloe in a full hour and a half Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga Class to create and open up that space for you and for your baby.
