ADI NAAD GONG SCHOOL
They are the pioneer School in the development of healing through Sound (Naad), they do it through the teachings of kundalini Yoga and the meditation technique brought to the West by the master Yogi Bhajan in the year 1960 to America
The director, Master Har Hari Singh Khalsa, has been spreading the teaching throughout Latin America since 2004.
As the response of the community, the Adi Naad School was born in 2012 to expand the teachings of Yoga and meditation with the sacred instrument of the Gong.

MORE ABOUT THE GONG TRAINING
Sound is the highest principle in spirituality as it has the ability to heal and revitalize the entire autonomic nervous system. Sound allows us to merge with our soul, our unlimited supply of energy and healing, our wholeness. Working with the sacred Gong allows us to establish a direct connection with it.
GONG AND MEDITATION
The Gong is the most sublime instrument of the yogi. Its sound creates deep relaxation, freeing us from the stream of thoughts and stimulating the glandular system for better functioning. The meditative state is spontaneous, as long as the Gong is allowed to do its work. With this, you can achieve healing and the awakening of consciousness that will facilitate the change and the desired transformation. The Gong takes us quickly and effectively to a space full of mental calm, finding our center to express ourselves as we are, achieving harmony and peace.
