40 DAYS MEDITATION CHALLENGE FOR CLARITY AND MENTAL HEALTH

Are you ready to find the focus and clarity in your mind,  see your life from a clear perspective and have the “oxygen” in the brain to take more efficient decisions?

If the answer is Yes, let’s get ready and start this journey right away. The full video is about 30 minutes (the meditation around 20 minutes).  You can do it anytime during the day, but let’s try to be consistent.  This is the secret of the yogis; to repeat the work enough times consistently to create a habit, and habits create our personality. Every day we will have a short explanation about different aspects of our brain, nervous system and endocrine system.

In this time of challenges a clear mind and strong nervous system is a must.

Day #21 - Moving from connecting with the meditation intellectually to feeling the meditation through your senses, your heart and energy field.

Day #1 - We cannot control the environment but we can control how we react to it

Day #2 - Creating a new healthy habits to take control of our mental health

Day #3 - Creating the environment to re-program the unhealthy habits stored in our subconscious

Day #4 - Building the strength in our mind and our nervous system to be ready for then new challenges and have the intelligence to flow with them

Day #5 - Focusing the mind to shift the perspective and recognize patterns in our thinking and behaviors

Day #6 - Allowing sensations, feelings and thoughts to come, to be and to pass

Day #7 - Practicing gratitude elevates the vibration and gives us inspiration to stay strong and keep going. Remember to say "Thanks" to yourself for doing your best every single day of life.

Day #8 - Building the inner strength and entering into the fascinating world of our own mind.

Day #9 - Using meditation as a powerful tool to balance and re-calibrate our focus.

Day #10 - Empowering sustainable changes​ through our healthy habits

Day #11 - Science now meets spirituality.

Day #12 - Bringing to our attention how cultivating a meditation practice can lead us to be less reactive and improve our communication and relationships.

Day #13 - Stay strong, stay focused but stay open. Everything is possible when we are tuning into the right frequency.

Day #14 - 2 weeks of practice. We may star feeling how this practice helps us to calm and focus our mind. Keep it up!

Day #15 - The mind and its important role in balancing the glandular system

Day #16 - It is all connected, our brain, our pituitary gland, our glandular system and other main systems. When we balance the mind and the glands the whole system gets the benefits.

Day #17 - Creating new habits it is not easy but it's totally worth it. Let's try to find reasons to do it instead of excuses to quick.
